Refund Policy

12-Month Manufacturing Warranty

Solder & Salt offers a 12-month Manufacturing Warranty on all pieces from the date of purchase. If your piece is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will repair, refund, or recreate it at no cost. We will also cover return shipping for warranty claims.

If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, please contact us via email at info@solderandsalt.com or through our contact page.

When reaching out, please include:
-Your order number or proof of purchase
-Photos of the issue, if possible

Please note: The following are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under the 12-month warranty:

-Theft or loss

-Dents, scratches, or abrasions on metal settings from everyday wear

-Chips, scratches, or breakage of gemstones due to accidents or wear

-Damage from exposure to corrosive chemicals

-Discolouration of metals from makeup, chlorine, or bathing

-Normal wear that causes metal thinning or requires restoration

Additionally, the warranty is void if your jewelry is serviced by any jeweller other than Solder & Salt.

Refund & Return Policy

At Solder & Salt, we value our customers and handle returns on a case-by-case basis.

-Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 7 days of purchase

- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your piece

Under Canadian consumer protection laws, you are guaranteed a fair assessment and resolution of any issues with items purchased from us.

-Solder & Salt does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind

-Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges

-Theft or loss
