Choose 925 sterling silver, or recycled Canadian solid gold in 10, 14, 18 or 20 karat, in yellow, white or rose gold, depending on the options shown for that piece. Shipping: Ready to ship pieces dispatch within 2 business days. Made to order pieces take 4 to 6 weeks to handcraft. Bespoke pieces take 6 to 8 weeks after your final design is approved. One of a kind pieces ship the next business day. Orders ship from Canada, tracked and insured. Free shipping on orders over $500.
Returns: Ready to ship rings and necklaces can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in original condition. Contact us within that window and we will help with an exchange for a different size if available.
Sizing for customs and made to order: Please confirm your size before approval. Customs and made to order pieces do not offer resizing or exchanges, and are final sale.
12 Month Warranty
12 Month Warranty
Every piece is covered by a 12 month manufacturing warranty from purchase. This covers craftsmanship and material defects, and includes one complimentary polish within the first year. It does not cover accidental damage, general wear and tear, theft or loss. If you think a defect has appeared, email solderandsalt@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we will guide you through the next step.
